A unique project in the heart of Tel Aviv, the building has 6 floors and two upper floors with roof top. The design of the building divides the block in a unique way and emphasizes the corner of the streets on which the building sits, so that the building blends harmoniously into the urban fabric.

The building is in the large plots of District 4 – in which up to 50% of the lot area can be built.  It includes  51 apartments and 2 conventional basements.  The challenge in this project was maintaining the quality of the existing apartments of the 28 tenants in the new building. After analyzing the existing building, the width of the spaces was maintained in the design of the new building.
