Located in southern Jaffa, an evacuation and reconstruction project, in which 64 existing tenants are being evacuated and a new residential complex is being built.

The idea of the project – “green lung” in front of the busy street of Jerusalem Boulevard, a green and quiet island in front of the bustle of the city.

At the stage of the urban building plan, we advocate the planning of construction volumes in open areas in a way that produces maximum light and air. The apartments are designed in a flexible way so that each tenant can design his apartment according to his needs. The complex contains a total of 190 housing units in two plots with a commercial floor facing Sderot Yerushalayim Street. The planning relates to future plans for Jerusalem Boulevard and southern Jaffa.
