Located near ocean, the Construction demolition project on a street adjacent to the sea. Its proximity to the sea received attention in the design by durable cladding of the facades of the building which will prevent rapid degradation of the material in the face of the ocean salts. In the existing building there is an architecture office in the basement which received a new and unique redesign on the ground floor.
Each tenant receives an apartment tailored to them and their personal needs.
The parking is under ground and has parking levels connected with a car lift, while the entrance level has a public lobby and an indoor entrance space that is connected to the street.
