Located in the center of Tel Aviv, the building includes about 27 new apartments, which create a new and special shape in the heart of the city. The design of the building refers to the urban fabric and the location at the corner of Laskov and Itamar Ben Avi streets.

The building is located as an island between roads, and depending on the design, the traffic continues in a rounded upward direction on the pillars and floors of the building. The building is designed as a perforated white shell that grows from the ground and envelops the building from all its facades.
