A 50% plan project in the 4th district allows for planning flexibility for maximum entry of light and air. The building has 6 floors and one upper floor in retreat, including about 44 apartments The design considered the design of a neighboring building and therefore we created a large communal garden that allows air direction and light and air entry. The design of the building creatively divides the apartment spaces into varying volumes and thus maintains the right proportion for each person.

High-quality finishing materials were selected for the building, from the windows to the lobby materials.
