This unique project emphasizes the building’s perimeter construction beams in it design. The location of the building in front of the creator’s garden is reflected in the design through the large display cases that bring light and in front of the garden view. The project, Located In one of the small streets of the old north and included 23 apartments, has been worked around many trees on the site which influenced the design of the basement and circulation. Each tenant receives an apartment tailored to them and their personal needs.

The parking is under ground and has parking levels connected with a car lift, while the entrance level has a public lobby and an indoor entrance space that is connected to the street.
