Located in the white city of Tel Aviv,  the Modern Movement, as proclaimed by UNSCO. The building combines an unique design and creates a harmony between the facades by designing them in three dimensions .

The building includes 17 apartments of two, three, four, or five rooms as well as rooftop apartment.

The apartments have been designed with flexibility such that a connection can be formed between them, resulting in a larger apartment in accordance with the requirements of the future customer.

Our added value is flexible interior design such that allows for changes as needed, making the apartments customizable.

The parking is under ground and has parking levels connected with a car lift, while the entrance level has a public lobby and an indoor entrance space that is connected to the street.
