In the pulsating center of Tel Aviv , two luxury buildings with the same design language and with invested and special development yards.

The two buildings, include 40 apartments with a unique design and two shared basements set out together to allow for conventional parking that is accessible and spacious.

The design of the building creatively divides the apartment spaces into varying volumes and thus maintains the right proportion for each person.

High-quality finishing materials were selected for the building, from the windows to the lobby materials. The ground floor and roof are covered with HPL hard cladding, as are the floors to prevent rapid deterioration of the buildings.

The buildings in collaboration with Michal Yukla architects.
