The first cooperative housing project of its kind in Tel Aviv. The conversion of two office buildings into residential co living housing.

In the project, we analyzed the common area in front of the private area so that they would provide a solution for building a shared community that still values privacy.

The common areas include a shared kitchen, gym, meeting room, work and learning complexes. The buildings will be managed by a management company to meet all the needs of the tenants by application on line during all day. The project brings a new form of living that encourages community and a supportive and interesting environment for creating new ideas.
