One of the unique projects in the office as part of which we renovated and strengthened the building and redesigned the facades. The brutalist structure highlights the staircase and the elevator to the exterior of the building.

In the redesign we have maintained the special structure and the interior of the building has been re-used on some floors in favor of an urban hotel with a sea-facing suite.
